TEMECULA VALLEY WOMAN'S CLUB REPRESENTED AT STATE AND NATIONAL CONVENTIONS

The Temecula Valley Woman’s Club was well represented at the 112th California Federation of Women’s Club Convention in San Jose. It was wonderful to have the opportunity meet other Woman’s Club members within California, and very exciting to have TVWC named as the State’s first place winner for Conservation Community Service (supports Animal Friends of the Valleys, Villa Chardonnay, Santa Rosa Plateau and other agencies), Advocates for Children (supports Rancho Damacitas and other agencies) and Membership. TVWC also received recognition from the U.S. Department of Agriculture for “Penny Pines” donations and an award from the California State President for the International Outreach Ambassador program.

These awards carried on to the national level at the General Federation of Woman’s Club Convention the following week in Memphis. TVWC’s Celebrating Children Committee “Just for Me” bags project were featured at the Memphis Convention.
